Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policies: VIVA LA GROOM would greatly appreciate any cancellations be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time. When you book for a appointment you will have to submit a deposit that’s NON- REFUNDABLE and it goes into the price for the full groom. We understand that things happen at the last minute that may prevent you from making it to your appointment. Please feel free to call me to re-schedule any appointment. Appointments canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time incur a cancellation fee of 50%
